A quality education is offered to all families in our community.

Fees and payment

As with all Catholic schools, fees are an important aspect of our school income. Our commitment to our families is to offer a high quality Catholic education that is accessible and affordable.

Lower Income Fee:

To be eligible for the lower income fee, you need to qualify as a low income family.  This is determined by your family's gross income and is a dollar value set by the State Government.

In 2023 your family's gross income needs to be below approx $60,264 for a family with one school age child.  The limit varies depending on how many dependent children you have.

Proof of income is required and applicants will need to apply via the State Government's School Card Scheme.

If you are concerned about your ability to pay school fees we strongly encourage you to have a discussion with us.  We believe a family's financial circumstances should not be a barrier to a student accessing a Catholic education with us.

Our finance manager Jane Victory can help you if you have any questions about applying for the lower income fee.    Forms will be available on January 25th, 2023 at the school office.

The Co-curricular fee for 2023 is:

Payment methods

Parents who find it more convenient to pay fees by regular smaller payments (ie weekly, fortnightly or monthly) may do so provided that payment is received by the due date. Parents wishing to use this method should make an appointment with the Finance Officer to discuss arrangements by Week 2 of Term 1.

The School offers payment of fees by the following means:-

  • Cash / Cheque
  • Credit Card / EFTPOS / BPay
  • Centrepay which is a free direct bill paying service offered to people receiving payments from Centrelink. Regular amounts are deducted from your Centrelink payment and paid directly to the school.
  • Direct Transfer from nominated bank account – forms available at the office. Families who already have a direct debit in place with us should increase or amend their payment at the beginning of each year by contacting the school office.
